The cross-over snaps made diaper changes on my preemie so much easier. I also love that the umbilical snap is built in, though the fit is a little snug right out of the wash.
It fits my tiny one well, but the bamboo lining takes forever to dry, even with just an extra insert. The crossover snaps work fine for the umbilical cord area. I guess it's okay for the price, but I wouldn't call it a miracle worker.
